Open attachment in web problem!

I try open an attachment in web. I use standard url command. For example, http://www.mysite.com/mydb.nsf/0/FD064ED6E14CED39C3256FC8003C2420/$FILE/mydoc.doc

But it don’t work!!! Browser open a blank page.

I’v used all format of url command (view name instead of 0), but it came to nothing!

On the other hand, this url command work fine in other database!

Is anybody know what broblem is it?

if it works fine in other DB is seems the problem is not in the URL but in any database properties, for example user rights?
