Open an agent/form with parameter in notes client using URL

I am working on a application run on CLIENT ONLY

I would like to open a document in viewmode by url and set some default values on it using parameter, but it seems not possible

e.g. notes://host/xx.nsf/documentUNID?OpenDocument&name=“kelvin”

so i changed to use openagent/openform

but the same problem is how to pass parameter?

i want to use notes client open the same document in client by url link with different values with clicking on different links.

If there is a solution to this problem, I would very much like to know it myself.I think the parameters are simply ignored in the Notes client.

On previous occcasions when I have needed this type of functionality, I have used environment variables instead.

I am trying to do the same thing, and had thought “environment variables”, but for the life of me can’t think how I would set them from a URL link in the Notes client. Any hints would be really appreciated - thanks.
