How to put a disclaimer only for outgoing internet emails. I have created mail policy & also configration chages.

Subject: ONLY SMTP Disclaimer
the mail settings document will only append the disclaimer to outbound mail messages. It should not be appending the disclaimer to internal messages. This is by default.
It does not matter if the disclaimer is being added by the client or at the server.
