Here’s an example of a user that reset their password today within the 5-day grace period.

Last change date: (Internet password) 04/27/2010 02:11:06 PM GMT
When my users reset their passwords, it’s only resetting the HTTP password. I don’t understand why. They are not using a web site to change the password. They are changing the password A) by using the warning pop-up that says their password will expire soon and B) within the Notes client by going to File > Security > User Security.
The policy is set to -not- allow changing Internet Password over HTTP. Update Internet Password when Notes client password changes is set to YES. Notes shared login is off.
I had a PMR, and we were not able to solve this.
