A user is sending mail out with a return address that has an extra domain. Instead of ellen@abc.com it is sending ellen.abc@abc.com.
I have checked there ownership under user pregerences when they have there mail file open and it is correct. Ellen/ABC.
What would cause this?

Did you check the email address in her location doc(s) and in the person doc?

Yes. The email adderess looks just fine in both her location document and her person document in the main address book for the company.
