multiple recipients are there in same email only one email user is not able to see the attachments but others can see that attachments who are in CC in the same email.What is the cause of this problem and how to solve it.
Is this happening to all email(w/ attachment) sent by that particular sender? or just this one particular mail?
Where is it being viewed? Notes/iNotes/Verse/Mobile?
Using an admin ID can you see the attachment from the user mail file?
Any kind of antivirus scanner on your environment?
Check the document properties of the mail and see if it has $FILE property.
