One user can't connect to pop3

I have many users connect to lotus domino 8.02 with ms.outlook.Recently, after a server crashed (power failure) there is one mail database corrupted, that I have to recreate the database manually and added necessary ACL, and modified the person document (adjust the filename)

But since then, the user can’t connect via pop3 (outlook and outlook express), but she can connect to her email via webmail.

Is there something missing? It seems that the new mail database doesn’t support pop3.

Please, please don’t use the “mumble jumble” that we should migrate the user to lotus notes.

I will start with then given mumble jumble … you should move this user to Notes!

That being said, you do have to make sure the database id pop/imap enabled, check the admin help for this, I believe it is a switch on either the compact or design task.
