hi if this is the text for adding on fly text then what is syntax for adding on fly combobox

for(var i =0; i <=varSplitContat.length-1;i++)

{

var varSplitCont= varSplitContat[i].split(“~”);

varInnerHTML = varInnerHTML +“”;

then what is the syntax for adding on fly combo for the same code?
