Hi,Whenever one particular user prints out a mail his old Old room number and tel number appear at the top of a mail printout. This data is 5 years old! Any ideas where is this information coming from?

Subject: Print header
Look in the database properties, on the third tab (print properties), there’s a header/footer text box
