Offline messages disabled by default in embedded client

Hello

I refer to this KB article https://support.hcltechsw.com/csm?id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0112814 that explains how to re-enable offline messages for embedded clients in Sametime 12.0.2 by editing the policies.users.xml file.

In our environment all embedded client settings are pushed by managed settings in desktop policy settings documents. In order to set im.enableOfflineMessages=true I need the name of the corresponding plug-in. (The plugin-name the setting im.enableOfflineMessages belongs to.)

It is on the Sametime server side you do have to check: policies.users.xml, once you have corrected the policies.users.xml file reload the Sametime server IF you have configured the docker-compose.yml file to use your policies.users.xml file on startup.
