Hi,
Some users had logged into their Lotus Notes and were logged into the Home (network dialup)instead of the the Office (Network). The Office (Network) was missing on the list of locations. We manually entered the Office(Network) location in order to get their Inboxes working properly. Possibly the users tried to open Lotus Notes right after closing it.
Does anyone have any fixes?

what do you mean by “manually entered”? all locations are documents within names.nsf. if one of them doesn’t exist maybe there’s going something wrong with installation? (templates?)
