Just recently we have seen a few of our users Notes clients experiencing problems with their location documents. It appears that for what ever reason the office location document is being removed (most likely due to a consistency check at startup). In a few of these cases when the user starts Notes they are presented with an invalid or non existant document error message. In all cases the users states that when they were in the Notes client last, there were no problems, no crashes and the Notes client appeared to shutdown correctly.
The users who have experienced the problem so far are also users of Citrix. And from what we have found, the last time the users used Notes was in Citrix. We also use a utuility from Walcott called ClientSync to allow our users to roam.
I have already searched this forum, and found a few other people who have listed a similar issue, but unfortunately no solutions.
Any help would be much appreciated.
