Hello,
When adding senders from outside the domino domain into the personal address book I’m noticing something strange. The first part of the address starts with a double quote and sometimes ends with a slash.
Example 1:

I receive a mail from bruno.rossi@domain.it
-
I add sender to address book.
-
Then the record inside the address book has the two fields First and Last as follows:
First="bruno
Last=rossi
Example 2:
-
I receive a mail from samanthaferrari@domain.it
-
I add sender to address book.
-
Then the record inside the address book has only Last, First is empty:
Last="samanthaferrari\
But the real problem is that if I compose a new memo and insert 2 or more addresses with such problem then a message tells me that they are “not found in Name & Address Book or any Domino Directory…”.
If I insert an address at a time it works fine.
If I modify the address record setting proper Firstname and Lastname then it works fine.
For users that receive many mails from different people every day and need to store the senders it’s really annoying.
Did anybody come across this problem before ? I cannot find any topic about it.
