A client (using 7.0.2) sent me an invitation to a meeting which I accepted (using 8.0). When the 7.0.2 client received the acceptance response they received an error “Object Variable Not Set” and has to close the InBox. I have searched this forum but could not find an answer. Not sure that I responded using an 8.0 client has anything to do with it. The client has complained about this in the past.

Are you sure that the design of the user’s folders is ok? When a mailfile is updated (design refresh) the folders are not automatically updated too.
You could issue on the server’s console:
load convert -u [mailfile.nsf] * [template.ntf]
