I just installed this program two days ago. Everytime I close Outlook I get this error WMS IDLE NWRDAEMN.EXE Application error. How can I fix it? Company just got me this program.

This is not an issue specific to DAMO. After searching the Internet for “WMS IDLE” it seems that this occurs with Windows XP (though not limited to XP).
Suggestions:
1 - You have DAMO 6.5.4. You should upgrade to DAMO 6.5.5. There have been many improvments.
2 - Be sure that your Windows Service Packs are up to date.
3 - Be sure that your MS Office Servcice packs are also current.
4 - Before restarting Outlook/DAMO, confirm that the DAMO processes are not running: OUTLOOK, nwrdaemn (and for Outook 2k, mapisp32)
5 - Searching the Internet, there seems to be references to Windows Messaging as a possible cause also.

Where can I get 6.5.5? Do I have to pay to upgrade? I checked and have SP2 and all updates for Windows and Office.
