NSD running problem

One of our lotus user got NSD running message when shutting down notes. I copied the fatal section here and who can give me some suggestion please?

only one user and he got the NSD running everytime when he close the lotus client. Even after I reinstalled the lotus client for him.

I don’t know anyone besides IBM that can analyze a NSD dump file like this… You’d need to open a PMR ticket with them to have your answer.

EDIT: Or know someone like J-Y that has all the links hehe
