the IE is getting closed.

client machine, we recommend that you perform the following steps on the client machine before you
download a subscription from a Domino 5.0.5/DOLS 1.01 server:

Delete the file netscape\communicator\program\plugins\npdolctl.dll.

Open Internet Explorer, bring up the Internet Options menu, click Settings, click View Objects,
right-mouse click the LotusDRSControlClass object, and select Remove from the right-mouse menu.
Close the Installed Objects window, and click Cancel out of the dialogs.

Also if you have “Process explorer”, there you can search for the process using the dll in question. So that you get more info on how to proceed.
