I want notification new mail by refresh inbox, check for new mail every 1 minute and to pop up a message on receipt of new mail (for web base application).
please help me.

In your notes client:
File > Preferences > User Preferences
Click the Mail Tab on the left hand side.
Choose General
All of what you seek is in this page (unless your administrator has set up a policy where you cannot change this info)

Not sure to really understand what you need, but if you want a popup on new mail from your iNotes/Domino web access mailbox, you just have to set this up in your preferences (on the top right of the screen). You can also use this if you prefer :http://inotesmailchecker.googlepages.com
