Notes8.5 - How to call a contact using a TAPI telephony service provider

I have downloaded and installed Lotus Notes8.5 I want to use a TAPI telephony service provider to make call from Notes Contacts. But when I right click a particular contact, it shows the “call” icon as disabled (When you right click on a contact in Outlook, you get a “call contact” menu and upon clicking that you get “Dialing Options” where you can select a TAPI line device and you can make a call). Could you please tell me how I can achieve this (Making a call upon clicking a contact using TAPI telephony service provider) in Lotus Notes Contacts.

Subject: The call option is for TCSPI enabled Sametime servers.

So you will not get the call icon to work with TAPI.

If you search google for TAPI and Lotus notes you will find some articles wrote around Notes R5 I think on how to integrate TAPI into notes. But it will not be to the level of everywhere you see a name have a call button.
