Notes traveler not sync with sony xperia pro android 4.0.4

I have purchased sony xperia pro with android 2 and have installed nottes traveler and the same was workong perfectly . After the upgrade to android 4.0.4 i am not able to log on the the lotus notes . Error message connection error with server .initial sync is not complete.

  • Make sure that you can access the server from a browser on the device. - Try uninstalling and reinstalling Traveller

  • If you still have the problem, open a PMR so we can see logs.

Subject: Lotus Traveler not working with Android 4.0.4 on Sony Experia Pro

I have read and tried to implement the recco - i.e. uninstalling and reinstalling Lotus Traveler. Inspite of this the Lotus Travel e-mail system does not sync with the server. It was syncing before the phone software upgrade. any other solution option? Many Thanks.
