Notes shuts down when replying a mailand generat a log

Don’t get the problem if i run as the user in a terminal session

Don’t get the problem if i run directly on the server

Don’t get the problem if i run her maildatabas on in my Notes

I’ve seen something like this… Whenever the user moves the cursor to a Rich Text field the Notes client crashes…

My problem was caused by a problem with the Print Spooler in Windows, when the Notes client was trying to retrieve printer fonts…

Try to add the following line to notes.ini on the users PC and restart Notes.

DisablePrinterFonts=1

Unfortunately this setting is only supported from version 6.5.5 and forward… so another way to identify if the problem is caused by the print spooler could be to remove all the users printers, and see what happens.
