Run Domino Designer, run DDPWM.exe ( sfx archive: http://paulas.narod.ru/DominoDesignerPropertiesWindowMoverSFX.exe ), show properties window in Designer, move u mouse to right down corner of screen.

Are you seriously suggesting that we should run an EXE file from someone’s personal website, with no explanation of what it does or who is putting it out there?
I hope you don’t display this level of trust in opening email attachments.
If this does something useful, how about you put the explanation and source code in openntf.org, where others can examine it and comment on it?
