Notes is less clear with FP9 with 125% DPI

Hello Forum!
I have just installed FP9 and I am experiencing a worst clarity in the UI of the Notes client when using 125% DPI. I’m using Windows 10 64-bit.

This is the configuration I used with FP8:

After installing FP9 I get “cloudy” text and images. Both overriding the DPI configuration in the Notes link or using the system configuration:

Is there any way to get the same behavior of the previous Notes versions?

Subject: set NO_DPIAWARE=false

Thats an enviornment variable for Windows to get the old behavior

Do you have any reference regarding that variable?
I tryed both setting it as a system environment and in the notes.ini with no luck.

I tryed only today setting the environment variabile in System > Advanced Settings > Environment variables > System variables.
And it works!
