Notes/Designer client hangs when Eclipse is enabled

Dear All,
We are experiencing a systematic hang issue with the HCL Notes Client / Domino Designer when Eclipse is enabled.
The problem affects multiple users and is reproducible across different client versions.
When running the Notes Client without Eclipse, the client works correctly. (UseBasicNotes=1)
When running the Notes Client with Eclipse, the client hangs without do anything (no open database, no do
We can provide additional NSD files, rcpmon logs, or run further diagnostics if required.
An ddditional Issue: Printing Errors
When attempting to print a Notes document via printer o PDf , the operation fails with an error and Printing/PDF does not complete successfully. It happned running Notes Client with Eclipse and without Eclipse.
