Notes client is remembering old proxy settings

I have the wierd situation where I have changed network IP addresses, but the Notes client cannot now get the correct address of the proxy. I had proxy settings in location documents of 10.200.1.6:808. Now I have changed that to 10.0.0.1:808, and the client persists in trying the old proxy address, so no communications to POP and SMTP servers. I have tried everything; deleted cache.ndk, desktop.ndk, restarted client n times, nothing helps.

Any Ideas???

i can think of two places where this info could be cached:

one of the $ fields in location doc itself (maybe a $SavedXXX?)

or notes.ini, but this is less likely…

(registry: don’t think so)
