One of my users said that while he was away overseas last week, he couldn’t type emails. He said he could read, send and receive emails without any problem. It’s just everytime he starts typing in the Body field, his laptop freezes. However, he could type in the Subject field fine. He uses VPN connection to our network to send and receive email.
Any suggestions why is this happening and how to fix it?

Anyone else seen this issue? I have seen this several times now, and have no idea what would cause this. What is so strange is if you click in body of memo, let it hang for like 3 to 4 min’s… it will respond
Then you can create as many new memos as you want - until you restart notes… then it will hang the first time again

We ended up upgrading the client to 6.5.1 and the problem seems to go away
