Notes Client 7.02 Doesn't show image

I have an SMTP application that send an e-mail with an image but the Notes client show it as a X red.

This image is quite important for the management area, so is there a solution for this ?

is the file being attached? or is it a reference/link? Sounds like it is referencing an http link or some server that the client does not have access to. Notes will default to the redX when it can’t display the image.

Sorry Miguel, I have been out of the office for a few days. Can you confirm if the the file was attached? or imbedded? Not sure if it will really help to send me the message.

I am not sure if it is attached as the mail body appears only a red X that is supposed to be the graphic I would like to show.
