Notes 9 moving of data directory

I have a scenario where we wish to use the old path that was being used by the 853 client ie. C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\LOTUS\Notes\Data instead of C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\IBM\Notes\Data. Can we do it? This is a Multi user install with client 901

Yes, this is the same even if it is a Multi-User Installation.

Hello Andreas!

It should work fine!

After you installed Notes 9 and when open it for the first time, you should inform the “old” path data when configuration process request the Data path.

If Notes 9 is already installed and in use, you must close Notes, edit NOTES.INI and change the line that points to the current data path.
