Notes 8.5 Installer Bug: Error on updating Path Env Var

After completing the install of 8.5.x check the PATH statement, it will have an incompletely wrapped notes path in it.e.g.

"c:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes

OR

"C:\IBM\Lotus\Notes

There is no CLOSING ", this may cause other applicatitons to not find the notes path correctly.
