We have a Toshiba Laptop with Windows XP TabletPC Edition as operating system. Installed on it is Lotus Notes 6.5.3 (german).
Sometimes, in totally different situations, Lotus Notes crashes. For example, last time it happened when the user wanted to close an open email using the ESC key.
log.nsf shows no special entrys in that peroid and the Windows event log doesn’t either.
Sometimes it is a red-box, sometimes just “nsd ist running”.
Any ideas?
