Hi Pravin,
From screesnhot, you're installing Connections and right now, you're at DB2 set up page.
On this page, it requires you to input following info:
Database type - Choose which Database software you're using.
Host Name - Type the hostname where you deployed your database software.
Port - type port number of database software.
JDBC - provide jdbc files. For exmaple, if DB2 deployed on this local machine. Then, you can find <DB2_HOME>\java folder. If DB2 deployed on another machine. Then, you need to copy <DB2_HOME>\java folder to the machine you're trying to install Connections.
And also make sure you'd set up Connections ICEC and IC360 database mannually on database side.
