Not routed to recipient group@domainname.com for policy reasons

Hi,

I am trying to allow email messages to groups from the internet to our domain “group@domainname.com”

I always get this message in the Log:

07/22/2009 14:58:23 Router: Message 006838B1 not routed to recipient group@domainname.com for policy reasons

07/22/2009 14:58:23 Router: Policy Reason: Router: testuser@hotmail.com is restricted from sending mail to group MIS Test Group

I have verified the Configuration document and looks right :

Inbound Intended Recipients Controls

Deny mail to groups: Disabled

And there are no domain/address listed in:

Deny messages from the following internet addresses/domains:

Where can I found the option that rejects mail to groups ?

check the notes.ini file on the server. Look for this entry RouterDisableMailToGroups=1 if you see this in the file shut down your server, change it to zero (0) save and start your server back up.
