I have a problem about the one user. The user has not received mail. When I send the mail the There is no error message on the domino server.The user can send mail.
His mail quoto is ok.

Have you checked the replication settings and made sure that under the section “How much will be replicated” the box named “Receive documents from server” is selected? Also make sure that they are replicating from the correct server. Hope this helps!

When you send the message, trace the path under delivery options. This will tell if it gets delivered to the user. Also, check the All Documents view to see if the missing messages appear there.

can he receive internal mail ? trace the full route and check his “mail file name” from person record in names.nsf… Also user maybe using a local replica of his mail file ??
