'Not Authorized' Error Accessing Mail File

I’m trying to access my Notes mail through the internet on a client’s Notes server. This is the first time anyone is trying to go HTTP to the server. I can log in and see the address book, for example, but when I enter the URL for my mail file I get ‘You are not authorized to perform this operation.’

I didn’t install this server but HTTP is running. We are forwarding the server to a different web site by putting that site’s URL in the Home Server field in the server document but other than that there’s nothing unusual about this server. There are no stringent or unusual security settings.

Using ACL Dialog, on the “Advanced” tab, what is the setting for “Maximum Internet Name and Password” ? That is the maximum level of access to the database if you access it thru the web. It may be set to “NoAccess”. Good luck.

Thanks a lot for the response. This setting in my local replica is set to Manager but I’ll have to look at the server replica to be sure.

'Any other ideas?
