When I am trying to publish the service in kony fabric it shows message
"There are no Quantum Fabric runtime environments available to you for this account.
You can create a free Quantum Fabric starter environment."
If i click on link "free Quantum Fabric starter environment" then it will again display error message "Unable to create starter environment"
Can anyone has solution for this issue?
