We have recently upgraded our Mail Servers to 7.0.2 from 6.5.4. The mail servers have been used by users in different locations. After the upgrade users from one particular location are not able to connect to the server through notes client however they can able to access their mail file through web. This problem is happening frequently. Each day one server is behaving like this.
During the Domino upgrade we have upgraded the OS from Win 2000 to Win 2003.
users can able to ping the server during the problem.
I am getting the “Connected to the Server” msg when i try to connect to the server through the trace port option in the user preference.
What could be the issue. Do you guyz have any idea.
