Not a member: GETPROPERTYBROKER

When opening a user-created folder in Notes, one of my users gets the following message:

The only option is to click ok…she does that a couple of times and then gets this message:

Not a sub or function name: CREATEPNABDOC

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Subject: Not a member: GETPROPERTYBROKER

Since GetPropertyBroker is a Notes 8 method, I’d have to guess your user had a mailbox design upgrade to Notes 8 format somehow.
