I have done something to one on my forms, and have no backup, and I am getting the error’Not a Form’ . Can this be fixed or am I hosed. I noticed the the $Body field of my forms design element is now gone.

If the $Body field is not there, then whatever was on your form – the fields and so forth – are gone, so even if you could open it to edit it the stuff you want isn’t there. You might be able to retrieve the LotusScript event code by looking thru the items in the document properties – all the source objects are stored there each in a separate item.

If the $Body is gone, you have lost the vast majority of your form. Look for a replica or backup or somewhere where the form would have been stored in a document to see if you can get it back.

Yes I have backups, but I’ve just compelted all the really horrible boring tedious work, and I’m going to have to do it all again.
Havent been this p*ssed off with Notes since early version 5!

I’m Sorry, I have the same thing, I have the solution. It’s produce when I manage tables in a form. I have lucky I’ve a copy of this morning and I have backup every day.It’s corious the field $body desapears and lost all your work of this form.
If IBM find the solution, please tell me. I’ve a copy of this bad form. I haven’t never success for 9 years that I work in Lotus Notes. I’m sourprised…

I cannot believe that someone else had this happen to them today as well. I just had it happen too. No copy available to backup to so 4 hours of work is gone.
