In our domain we have three people having editing rights but when same document say a group is edit by two or person
a replication and save do not come, instead a double entry is created .
documents are edited from different servers
Can i get some gr8 Tips

A replication/save conflict becomes a ‘real’ document when it is saved. Do you have any agents running against the database that modifies or refreshes the documents? This would make them double entries.

Who/what last modified each duplicate?
Maybe someone thinks they’re being helpful by making it a document not a rep/save conflict?

And what do you have on the form for Conflict Handling? (First tab of the Form property if you open in designer).
If it’s set to Don’t create conflict that would lead to the behaviour you describe??

Yes, the names.nsf on the server.
There should be a form called Group (it is groups you’re having issues with?)
On the properties of the form there should be a field called Conflict handling down at the bottom with 4 choices, including “Merge Conflicts” and “Do not create conflicts”
