I just noticed that there is no longer and environment variable for the local address books. In R5, I commonly accessed this value via the NAMES variable. The value here was used to populate the local address book value of the user preferences. I see no reference any longer in the notes.ini listing the local address books. Is there any way to access this information programmatically any longer? Thanks.

You might want to double-check this. I’m using R6.5.1 and it is definitely there.
Is this a new Lotus Notes client installation? The variable is not created until the client is configured (launched) for the first time.
