Hi,I am new with Traveler, can anyone help?
I have installed an enterprise domino with traveler version 8.5.1 on Windows 2003 Server.
My users are using iphone with traveler, all function works fine except the Trash folder. Mails deleted were not appearing in the Trash folder of traveler in the iphone.
However if using notes client, we can see the deleted mails in the trash.
Anyone knows where goes wrong?
Is this a limitation or misconfiguration?

Unfortunately “Trash” isn’t a real folder in the Notes mail file therefore isn’t synced as a folder to the Traveler device. The Notes client displays it as a folder, but the data is best described as a view. There are technical issues with syncing and maintaining views to the mobile device. The function is under investigation but not yet supported.
