No emails in inbox but they are in "all documents folder"

I must be missing something simple. I have a client that is getting all her emails but she is not gettting them in her “inbox”. However they do show up in her “all documents” folder. it sounds like a simple setting but I haven’t located it. anyone know what the problem is?

Press Ctrl+Shift+F9 when in mailfile then close & open it, this may work

Could be a corrupt $Inbox…

You could open their mail database using the Designer client.

Delete the $Inbox view

Then replace the Design of the database - using the existing Template file, which will add the $Inbox element back…

Send a test mail to make sure all newly delivered mails are going to the Inbox…

After remove the $INBOX view via Designer Client, you must replace the design using the following command on server console:

load nconvert mailfile.nsf * mail7.ntf

mailfile.nsf = database name

mail7.nsf = is the filename for the server template you’ll use to this mailfile

P.S.: This command will rebuild the $inbox view and reindex all received mails into INBOX view

I hope it helps.
