Recently, I am trying to configure our main email gateway server for Reports.nsf
I am able to create and generate reports but I could not see any daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
Since I have only configure the MTSTORE.NSF and REPORTS.NSF 2 days ago, I do not expect to see any weekly and monthly reports. But I think that I should be able see daily reports for the last 2 days.
Like what I mentioned above, I am very new to Notes/Domino so I had to follow the step by step information that I read in the Lotus Domino Administrator 6.5 Help.
I would appreciate any help/advice/comments regarding this matter.

If u go to reports.nsf & then to Scheduled reports->daily do u see report in Disabled or Enabled category. It should be in enabled category & also have u set it to Saved&Mailed or save only

Thank you very much for your response.
Before I sent my first post on this matter, this is my assumption or misunderstanding.
Since there are scheduled reports as “daily”, “weekly”, and “monthly”, I thought that resports.nsf would provide me automatically all (not just the top 25 but all) information from mtstore.nsf in daily, weekly, and monthly. I think that I was mistaken.
When I do create reports either daily, weekly, or monthly they come in the scheduled reports enabled. I can even have the results sent to directly.

I wonder if why not all the information in mtstore.nsf just can’t be reported to reports.nsf. The criterias are just not enough…
