I have a problem on Notes 11.0.1 FP2 clients because I cannot see combobox "Chat Display Style" in "Chat Window and transcript" section of Sametime preferences:
This makes chat appears bad in client, this way:
as you can see there is no bubble.
managed-settings.xml is like this:

Check user.policies.xml - is "persistentChatEnabled" = 1 for the users/default?
If it is - then we need to check if persistentChat is working properly on the community server.
Please open a case if we need to check that.
Thank you, it worked until I saved managed-settings.xml after add showLoadingpanel.
Is there a way to make that combobox visible again? Just after starting Notes that combobox is visible but after some seconds it disappears.
I might suggest removing all but the 'showLoadingPanel' from your config - the first two are what's controlled by the persistentChat policy so are duplicates and may be conflicting.
Do you think I can remove all the lines (except showLoadingPanel) without all the Notes client 10.0.1 have issues?

I see you're opening a case - but yes, removing the others should not impact the older/existing clients since they would already have the features set as required.
A 'new' v10 client might.
