No admin of mail.box rules from web admin?

Using 6.01. Is it just me or can you not manage the servers mail.box rules from the web admin client or via names.nsf using a web browser? I could have sworn I used to do this on 6.0 but I noticed lately that the rules tab just isn’t showing up.

Do you mean the rules in the configuration document?

I can see all the tabs except Rules (the last one on the right is Transfer Controls).
