I have created another addressbook on the same server where there was already an addressbook, now I would like to add newly group from newly created addressbook to the databse, but I dont see them in my directory list. what is missing here?
I have couple of address book in the same server but I see them in list but not newly created one.
Please assist.

You say there are other addressbooks that appear so chances are they established Directory Assistance. Look for a db called da.nsf and mimic how the other address books are listed.

The old way to do this was by listing the directories in NAMEs= entry of the notes.ini file. This has been obsolete since Domino 5, so it is probably not the way it is done on your server. But see here if you want to learn about it: https://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/dominowiki.nsf/dx/Names
