Hello all.
I am a newbie to Lotus Notes and slowly getting to grips with it.
I have been asked to develop a couple of forms. Some of the forms will need to be sent off to admin dept and the others will need to be sent to the HR dept. At present i have used @MailSend formula to do this.
For each form I have added a field call status and used a formula to get the status to change accordingly.
However, I have decided it would probably be better if i could some how state the users for both the admin and HR dept in a field or something and then send emails to the ‘already’ defined users and have the workflow status change accordngly…e.g. Submitted, approved, rejected etc via using Lotus script.
The only problem is i dont know how to go about writing lotus script and was wondering whether anyone could show me an example of how i am to do this…??
