since I have not found anything on this: After upgrading to CFix.70.2108, regular users could no longer access pages from the Engagement Center.
Then after looking in the WebSphere Console under "Security role to user/group mapping", I found that there is a new role there.

What is it for and what is the difference between READER and CEC READER? (After I authorized the CEC READER, everything worked again.) Is it a replacement for the old READER role?

Good question,
I haven’t installed this CFix yet. Is it possible that you can see some admin settings in CEC as a CEC reader? I’d have to test it myself.

I've installed the CFix and see the additional role, but even with the default setting of NONE for CEC-READER all works as before.
