Content-Transfer-Encoding: binary

Content-Type: application/msexcel;

name=“ACTIVITY REPORT- JANUARY 2007.xls”

I have found this article Attachments renamed - MozillaZine Knowledge Base

Does anybody know what’s the problem? Is it the new RFC2231 used by Thunderbird 1.5? Another problem? Does the Domino 7.0.2 supports this new RFC?
