One of our users has the Import RTF File window pop up immediately when she clicks on the New Memo button in Mail. She is on version 8.0.1 of the client. The same thing happens if she goes through File, New, Message menu options.
If she clicks the Cancel button, it goes right to a new memo, but it’s a bit annoying.
Any ideas?
